On August 16, 2010 at 9am – Oxford radio station FM107.9 in the UK, flipped format to Glee FM – playing music only from the TV show.  It lasted 3 days on the air, before having to cease broadcast due to legal action.

wizzFX was approached to construct an imaging package which would fit the Glee music perfectly. The catch?  We had two days to do it.  By using clips from the TV show, along with the theme music, using the comical ‘throw’ sound effect often used in the show, and a comical ‘American’ (actually he’s Canadian) voiceover; we met the brief perfectly.  99 pieces of imaging, in 2 days.

Programme Director Sue Carter said:

“Chris double you f@£$ing legendness… it is the funnest, gayest sounding station i’ve ever  heard!  Thankyou!!!!”

wizzFX made Glee FM just gay enough.
